We are a registered waste carrier, registration number [waste carrier registration number].
By booking a service with us, online or by phone, you agree to these terms. If you book on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept them on its behalf.
Our services are designed for businesses and other organisations. If you are a consumer, these terms don't affect your statutory rights. How we use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Notice.
2. Our services

- Send by post: packaging for you to send smaller items to us.
- Secure data erasure, and physical destruction of hard drives and other storage media.

See the assets we collect and recycle for what we can accept.
3. Booking
Sending us a booking form or calling us is a request for a service. A contract is formed when we confirm your booking [by email or phone]. We may decline a booking, for example if the items aren't ones we can accept.
Please give us accurate details of the items, quantities and collection address. If what we find on the day is different, we may adjust the charges or decline some items.
4. Charges and payment
- Collection is free when you recycle at least 10 qualifying items: laptops, PCs and servers, in any combination. See free IT disposal.
- Smaller collections, Saving Bins, send-by-post orders and some items may be charged. Prices are shown on our website or quoted when you book, and we'll tell you whether they include VAT.
- Enhanced data destruction certificates cost £5 + VAT per disk or drive.
- [Payment terms, for example: invoices are payable within 30 days.]
5. Collections
- We'll agree a collection date with you. We usually collect within 24 to 72 hours of your enquiry, but collection times are estimates.
- Please have the equipment ready at the agreed place, with safe access for our team, including lifts and parking where needed.
- If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give us at least [48 hours'] notice. [If we can't collect because there's no access or the items aren't ready, we may charge a failed collection fee of £[amount].]
6. Preparing your equipment
- Back up any data you want to keep. Once data has been erased or destroyed it can't be recovered.
- Remove devices from management systems and accounts (for example MDM, Apple ID / Activation Lock, Google accounts and BIOS passwords) so they can be reused.
- Remove personal items, media and anything you don't want recycled.
- Tell us before collection about any damaged, swollen or leaking batteries or other hazardous items.
7. Ownership and responsibility
You confirm that you own the equipment, or are authorised to dispose of it. Ownership of, and responsibility for, the equipment passes to us when we collect it from you or receive it by post. We can't return equipment once it has been processed.
8. Data destruction
We erase every data-bearing device with certified data erasure software, or physically destroy it where erasure isn't possible, following NCSC guidance. We don't access, copy or keep your data. Read more about our data erasure methods.
For any personal data on your equipment, your organisation remains the data controller and we act as your processor, handling it only to destroy it. [Add or link to your data processing terms here.]
9. Reuse, recycling and certificates
Equipment that can be reused is refurbished and resold or donated. Everything else is recycled in line with the WEEE Regulations. Any money we make from reuse belongs to us unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.
Once your equipment has been processed we'll send your documents: a Waste Transfer Note, a certificate of recycling, a data destruction certificate and a carbon offset certificate [within 10 working days]. See documents and certificates.
10. Our liability
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.
- [Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to £[amount] / the amount you paid for the service.]
- We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, or for data you didn't back up before collection.
11. Complaints
If you're unhappy with our service, please call us on 07904010708 and we'll do our best to put things right.
